What will you do?
As a Junior Asset Manager, you will support the management and performance optimisation of several wind and solar parks within our portfolio. You will learn how to represent the interests of asset owners and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.

- Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for improvement;
- Assisting with monthly reporting and performance analyses;
- Supporting the 24/7 monitoring of our asset portfolio;
- Working closely with colleagues such as Asset Managers, Data Analysts, Contract Managers and HSE Specialists to ensure safe and efficient operations.
You will be guided by experienced colleagues who will help you develop the knowledge and skills required to become a successful Asset Manager.
Who are you?
- You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) programme, for example in engineering, business administration or energy management, or you have relevant work or internship experience;
- You are eager to learn, analytical and interested in renewable energy;
- You are comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Excel (experience with asset management systems is a plus, but not required);
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team environment;
- You are willing to participate occasionally in our on-call services outside office hours;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
What do we offer?
Most of the wind and solar parks we manage are located in the Netherlands. At Enius, our customers come first. We work together, trust one another and give people the responsibility to make an impact. This creates an enjoyable and informal working environment where you can contribute directly to the energy transition.
We offer an exciting role with excellent prospects and opportunities for personal and professional growth in the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.
What you can expect from us
- A competitive salary based on your education and experience, plus attractive additional compensation for participating in on-call services;
- An exciting and challenging role in the renewable energy sector;
- The opportunity to work for a stable and reliable company with more than 15 years of experience in the energy market;
