Control Room Coördinator

At Enius, we design, build and optimise energy systems for businesses with their own wind turbines, solar parks and battery storage systems. We are a close-knit and collaborative team of dedicated specialists with a passion for renewable energy.

Our Operations department manages multiple wind and solar parks, all connected to our Control Room in Barneveld. From here, we monitor reliability, safety and performance while maintaining control over operational activities and energy production. Our Control Room team provides 24/7 technical monitoring and incident response. Outside office hours, monitoring is carried out remotely when operationally appropriate.

What will you do?

As Control Room Coordinator, you are the central point within our Control Room team and responsible for ensuring a well-organised and smoothly operating Control Room environment.

You make sure processes are clearly defined, consistently followed and continuously improved. When disruptions or operational bottlenecks occur, you take ownership, maintain oversight and ensure issues are resolved efficiently while setting the right priorities.

You act as the first point of contact for both Control Room Operators and Asset Managers, ensuring that information, notifications and actions are followed up effectively. In addition, you monitor the quality of work within the Control Room and actively contribute to improving processes, procedures and collaboration across departments.

Alongside your coordinating responsibilities, you participate in the operational monitoring of our wind and solar parks through our online monitoring systems. This keeps you closely connected to day-to-day operations and gives you a clear understanding of what is happening within the Control Room.

You will work rotating shifts, including day, evening and weekend shifts, and be available on standby for incidents outside office hours. In this dynamic environment, you provide structure, maintain oversight and help ensure a well-coordinated team during both quiet and busy periods.

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• You have an affinity with technology and understand operational processes;
• You have experience in a coordinating role or are ready to take the next step in your career;
• You are a strong communicator and can easily interact with colleagues, customers and suppliers;
• You take ownership and are confident making decisions;
• You have a flexible mindset and enjoy working in rotating shifts;
• You are a team player who actively encourages collaboration;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
