From construction to operational handover
This is where plans become reality. During construction, planning, safety, quality and collaboration all need to be managed day by day. Enius takes the lead throughout this phase, acting as the central point of coordination between the client and all delivery partners.
We provide integrated construction management, including contract management, HSE management and quality assurance. Our Project Managers maintain an active presence on site, overseeing progress, safety and compliance with agreed requirements. The result is clear communication, short decision lines and confidence throughout the project.
In addition, Enius acts as Owner’s Engineer. We represent your interests when technical decisions need to be made and when deviations occur, always with a focus on long-term performance during the operational life of the project.
Commissioning & Handover
At the end of the construction phase, Enius supports the commissioning and handover of the project into operation. The focus is on verifying that all contractual and technical requirements have been met and ensuring a complete and technically sound final delivery.
We provide support with:
- Commissioning inspections and the resolution of outstanding items
- Technical verification during commissioning
- Preparation and validation of essential handover documentation
- Coordination with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition
